i have installed a new everything here. new host. new movabletype installation, new email address, new everything. i am unsure of what happened to my older stuff, but i have an idea. i knew what i was dealing with when i dealt with her.
this program is much different than i remember back in '02 and it's much more different than the wordpress that was here. i don't know how to get the comments to close after a few days, but i am sure that i can figure it out. i have made it this far, from paying for the host, to petitioning to get my pages back, including two domains that were not legally mine, but used by friends who wanted hosting. we all fell into that abyss of "i'm your friend now! the past is the past! you can trust me!" and we trusted someone who did not deserve our trust.
i am still restoring things, and i do not know how long this will take. expect all websites to be launched no later than october 1st.
i will be away from the web and out of town from 8pm september 10, 2011 through 8am september 12, 2011 for the 9/11 gathering in new york city this year. i will be one of the 150 people who gets a wooden attendance bracelet. i am thinking of auctioning it off for charity.
